Brian is the last remainder of the original three founders of Douro Oni that remains active within the group, although this is true Brian doesn’t consider himself the leader of the group even though some of the other members might. After a few failed attempts at previous car groups he had given up on the idea of forming a tightly knit group and focused on moving to the next step and acquiring a more suitable car for himself that had always been a favorite amongst others and a dream car in his eyes. He had finally acquired his dream car a 95 Toyota Supra twin turbo. Soon after purchasing the car he went to work on it adorning it with all the goodies that he could afford, before long he had started to slow down his upgrades as more focus was starting to be put towards finer tuning the car and honing in on trying to improve his driving skills. All the while he had met a few others that shared the same passion for the same type of car he had. Slowly and naturally a tightly knit group of friends started forming as weekly get togethers became a regular unprompted scheduled activity. Learning from each other and helping each other to excel on upgrades and tuning as well as driving lead to a spark of interest in a conversation between three friends that would become the beginning of Douro Oni. Brian had decided on the conceptual design and name of the group, all the while consulting with the other two co-founders for their opinions. From then on all the members had comprised of close and long time friends that all shared the long time passion for tuning and driving that Brian had. Currently his interests have shifted away from high horsepower and highway racing and is more focused on better response as well as handling of the car while being constrained by a budget.
